ApartHotel Riga – Self-Check-in & Online Registration offers remote guest registration and security deposit pre-authorization in cooperation with our partner ChargeAutomation, as well as property access via door codes without a physical reception desk.
Online registration and security deposit pre-authorization are required before access codes can be issued. During the registration process, guests are required to upload a valid identity document photo (passport, ID card or driving licence).
Access codes are sent on the arrival day after the registration process has been completed. Remote guest support is available daily from 09:00 to 22:00.
The property offers different categories of rooms and apartments, including private studio apartments with kitchen and bathroom, economy rooms with private facilities, economy rooms with shared bathroom and shared kitchen, as well as themed apartments for couples.
All accommodation units include free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, bed linen and towels. Private parking is available for an additional fee.

# Arrival information
After the reservation is made, guests receive **initial arrival information**.
**One day before arrival**, guests receive **detailed instructions**, including entrance information and door access codes.

# Security deposit
Upon arrival, a **security deposit pre-authorization of EUR 50 per room** is required using a bank card (the amount is not charged, but temporarily reserved).
The deposit may be used **in case of damages, extra cleaning or violations of house rules**.
The deposit is **released on the day of check-out**, however depending on the bank it may take **up to 14 days** to appear in the guest’s account.
